(OP)
I want to "open" a template that was created by some one else to see all the parameters that made up that template. It was made in autocad 14 and it was brought over into autocad 2002. I want to see if there are any parameters i should change to reflect that it is now a part of autocad 2002
Thanks
Bart1

RE: edit autocad emplates

Enter the OPEN command, then look at the very bottom of the OPEN dialog box, you'll see a "Files of Type" keyin line. To the far right of that line is a down arrow, select that arrow then select "Drawing Template File *.DWT".  The list in the open files window will then reflect DWT files for selection.
