Hi

We have a conveyor that carries 89.5% by weight Ni matte.  I'm looking into implementing a compressed air system to wash the belt since mechanical scrapers have failed.  Has anyone has success with this method?  (Specifically using the BETE FINZ 41 nozzles?)

RE: Ni Matte conveyors

Have you looked into waterjets?  The higher density and much lower compressibility of water with respect to air might prove helpful.
