Has anyone had any experience of de-odourising vessels or similar in the dairy industry? in particular looking for info on vacuum sizing and flow for a cream feed deaeration vessel.

Looking for formulii / rules of thumb,  but current application has cream feed rate of 6000 lph at 85 C.
