RE: How can I find out who was the last person to edit my drawing?

There is no way to tell unless the person owns up to the editting work. There are several programs available to log people into drawings and out. I don't have any names but I can recalling seeing them. You could try some of the shareware CAD sites.

RE: How can I find out who was the last person to edit my drawing?

Have you tried "RIGHT CLICKING" on the file in Windows Explorer?

In Windows NT you could into the Ownership tab and it should display the last person to save the drawing.

In Windows 2000, you need to go into Advance to see the owner's name.

It makes sense that anyone who last saved the file would be the last to edit the file, unless they opened it and saved it after just plotting or taking a peek.

Just a thought.

rKeyTek,

Unfortunately that solution does not work unless you use Win NT or Win 2000 and then the person editing the file must enter their names at login.

Sorry,

sc
