Pattern Relations

Pattern Relations

Pattern Relations

(OP)
Hi,
I am having a problem with relational patterns.
We are using 2001.
I can create a pattern of holes using the memb_v,lead_v functions however, when I return to the pattern relations later, the relation does not appear in the relations UI.
Pro/E tells me that the part contains no relational patterns.
.....I beg to differ.
Any suggestions?
Steve, Hayden.....you guys out there?

Thanks in advance,

JW

RE: Pattern Relations

Hi TTX,

If you select the first member of the pattern Pro/E will return the message "This feature does not contain pattern relations". But... if you click on any member of the patter, then the pattern relations will appear in the UI window.

Good luck

Thanks Hora,
You are right.
Seems to work just fine.  I wish that there were just a few more details in the Pro/E help files......
The relational patterns are right up there with the Pro/E all-time least intuitive features.

thanks again,

JW
