Cancelling O'Snaps

Cancelling O'Snaps

Cancelling O'Snaps

(OP)
Whilst using the hot keys ( control C, control D, control G ) under some situations, this has the effect of cancelling my osnap settings. I generally only have a few set up ie endpoint, midpoint and intersection. Has anyone experienced this - its not a major deal, just annoying.

Cheers

Ian

RE: Cancelling O'Snaps

Hi Ian
that gets on my nerves, also. I made an osnap-button by myself: ^C^C_osmode 35

Bye Lothar

RE: Cancelling O'Snaps

Does this happen when you CTRL-C while in the middle of a lisp routine?  If so, the lisp routine is clearing your settings, performing its function, then resetting the osnaps to the original setting.  When you cancel out in the middle of the command, the routine does not know to reset the osnap settings before ending.

If this is your problem, you will have to alter the lisp code.

Let me know.
