Can anybody give me a good source for the thread and bolt head friction coeficients for various bolt materials and coatings?

Try VDI2330 (German bolted joint standard)or the book by J Bickford ' An introduction to the design and behaviour of bolted joints' From experience the COF of a lightly oiled phosphate coated bolt is around 0.17. But don't quote me on this.
