Phase Change Material heatsink suppliers?

Thinking about using PCMs as a sink to absorb extra thermal energy from intermittent heating of electronic components.  Anyone with experience with the pros and cons of PCMs or links to any good contacts or manufacturers?  All help is appreciated.
FYI - I've also listed this link in the heat transfer engineering forum.

Jbartos...  Thanks for the info.  However, this is not exactly what I'm looking for.  I'm interested in using PCM as a significant potion of the heat storage mechanism itself, not just an interface between the device and another heat sink material.
