SW Explorer-4 Same Parts Show up as 3 and 1

I have a large assembly that I want to copy to another directory to use for another project.  I opened this assembly in SW Explorer and one of the parts in that assembly should show up as (4x), but instead shows as (3x) of that name and a single instance of that same name.  When I open up the original assembly file in SWX, that detail looks fine and is listed as instances 1-4.  This wouldn't bother me except that once I copy the job into the new folder I have to rename all of the files.  When I do this, I rename the three instances and I go to rename the single one and I can't rename it to the same name.

Should be:
252-Det10 (4x)

Showing up as:
252-Det10 (3x)
252-Det10

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

RE: SW Explorer-4 Same Parts Show up as 3 and 1

Try doing a File/Replace on all instances of the component. Replace with the original part you defined. I just tried this and it did let me replace a part with itself.
Sounds like you have an initial part and a component pattern of the others, right?

Thanks, I'll try the replace idea.
