Hi you all, I need advice how to seal this pump axle from leacking.

I will take a shot at that.
Finish the axle with emory paper to make it as smooth as possible for the entire length of travel plus a little more on each end.
Purchase some teflon packing from Grainger, expensive stuff.
That packing is just like teflon tape that is wrapped into rope like coil.  3/8" aught to do it.

Put as many wraps of the stuff into that nut as you can and tighten the nut.  Pump it a bunch then tighten a little more.
