What is the best method for measuring low air flow with oil vapor mixed in?  I just want to measure air flow; the oil is inconsequential.  The flow will be around .006 lbs/s and a psid of 1-10.  I am worried that if I use a delta-P orifice or venturi measuring station the oil vapor will coalesce and mess up my data.  Any ideas?

It basically depends on the line size and the accuracy needed.

Eccentric plates work (free draining).  You can fill the impulse lines with suitable fill fluid or insure that they are free draining towards the process.

You can also mount the meter in a vertical section of line.

Alternative meters can also be used (vortex shedding, averaging pitot, etc.).
