Is there a method to quantify the actual percent removal of odor compounds coming from a rendering facility (besides an odor panel)?

Other than an odour panel, I've only heard of quantification of known chemical species, such as sulphides, mercaptans, volatile fatty acids and so on....

I wouldn't have thought rendering plant odours would be specifically identifiable, hence the usual requirement for quantified subjective testing.
