I use Solid Edge as a 3D Cad package.  I have a client that uses AutoCad 2000.  I have to send them a file they can import without my having to create a drawing with x-number of sections to properly define the part.  Is there a file format that can be imported into AutoCad without too many problems, such as IGES (wireframe, surfaces, solids), or parasolid, or STEP .....

Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance

The best way would be iges in, Unfortunatley Autodesk and their infinate wisdom decided to discontinue iges as part of autocad translation; however, there is hope. XChangeworks has a free plugin for Autocad that will allow iges imports.
