Ground Vibration

Can someone please refer me to any textbooks on ground vibration from man-made or above ground sources.  I am interested in studying attenuation effects, effects on structures, etc etc.  Thanks for the help.

RE: Ground Vibration

Hi,

I'd recommend a british study performed by the Transport Research Laboratory: TRL report 429 "Groundborne vibration caused caused by mechanised construction works". Have a look at www.trl.co.uk

You'd find a lot of useful information in this report. Very practical.

Thanks okdb, the report looks like it should be helpful.  I'll have to look into ordering it.
