Where can I download structural drawings?

Where can I download structural drawings?

Where can I download structural drawings?

(OP)
Dear Sir or Madam:
Hi! Can you tell me in which website can I download

structural drawings. I want to learn knowledge from other
structural engineering's drawings.

  Thank you and regards,

RE: Where can I download structural drawings?

A good way to start is to perhaps do a search for structural engineering draughting services and the agencies should post some examples of their work.

Hope this helps.

RE: Where can I download structural drawings?

Some states' DOT agencies post their own in-house developed engineering aids such as beam/column splice tables.  I think Ohio's DOT is a good one.  Their standards are very useful.

RE: Where can I download structural drawings?

One other source that I have found is on the USACE web page.  As much as I reference it in this forum, you would think I would be able to include it by now.  Try www.usace.mil and search for publications. They have cad details and full cad structural drawings for dormitories and barracks (typical steel, concrete, and masonry work for 2 story buildings).  Their drawings are in 'bid' format, which means that you will have to download their cad viewer to view the .CAL files.  This is a good start to get a feel for the layout of structural drawings.
