Conversion wintelligent view into rsview

Conversion wintelligent view into rsview

(OP)
I need to convert a Wintelligent View application to a  RSView32 application.

I try the winview converter but doesn't work cause the version is incorrect.

Anybody know where i can download else a demo version of Wintelligent view just to convert graphic pages an tag database.

RE: Conversion wintelligent view into rsview

I, too, am working on this conversion for five applications. I don't understand where you are having problems with a "Version". The conversion program doesn't ask for a version, as I remember. It basically takes the WINView file and exports it as a .csv (comma separated variable) file. You can read/manipulate this in Excel or other programs.

RSView32 will import a .csv file.

I have a problem in the failure of the labels to be imported, so if anyone reads this and knows of the fix...

Also, the conversion program does not convert animation, just the static graphics. It doesn't work on low-resolution color screens, and it has a difficult time with fonts (on mine, anyway).

I haven't used either program directly, but I'm learning. Let us know if you solve your problem.
