Simple Spine Model

Simple Spine Model

Simple Spine Model

(OP)
I am involved in research examining forces on the spine during scoliosis surgery, but I would like to make a simple spine model in the lab so that I could visualise and simulate what happens to the instruments during surgery. Hooks that "hook" on the the tranverse process and pedicle screws would need to be fixed to this model. Basically I need information on what is the most suitable material to use to attach these hooks and screws. I am not too worried about accuracy of the system but would like to get a general idea of what happens during the surgery.
Thanks in advance

MF
