Can any one show me a solution to identify the AC 3~ Induction Motor Parameter like Rs,Rr,Ls,Lr... Offline&Online? I supposed that we have the Information of the Motor from the LABEL
380V/660V ; 7,5KW; delta /star ; 50Hz; cos_phi; 1/min; Rot_A
                   16,3/9,4 (A)         0,82     1425   27
                                          LF 180B

I need them to make the Offline simulation.

IEEE112 has some testing ideas that may help you.

1) The easiest way... ask the manufacturer for information.

2) If you want typical data covering a wide range of sizes, look into an IEEE Transactions paper, Vol IA-21, No.4, May/June 1985,

 Cummings, et al.: "Protection of Induction Motors Against Unbalanced Voltage"

3) If you have the access to test facilities, then the salient parameters can be determined from open-circuit, and short-circuit tests,
