I have been requested to design underground wine stoage, therefore I found some data for temperature and humidity requirements for the storage, But I could'nt find any data for ventilation system. For example, how much fresh air should be supplied, Should fresh air be pre-cooled or pre-heated before supplied, etc.
And which cooling system is the best way for underground wine storage ?
Humidifier is necessary in winter ?
Please advise me. thank you.
