Geting a graphic to use it on a report

Geting a graphic to use it on a report

(OP)
Hello!

I have a plot that cames from I-DEAS Test and I would like to use it on a report. Doing a screen capture gives an ugly picture and exporting to a CGM file doesn't give a good picture at all.
So what do you do when you need to use the pictures in another software?

Thanks!

RE: Geting a graphic to use it on a report

How about printing to a JPEG or TIFF ?

RE: Geting a graphic to use it on a report

You should use Print Screen (for Windows). It's a easy way to get a fine picture. For free or trial version software, I think that SnagIt s/w is OK

Click File->Print,and select "TIFF File" or "JPEG File",then set the reslution to 600dots/in,you can get a fine picture. But I think print screen is the easiest way to do this ,and the effect is fine!
