You can't wrong with 'Inside solidworks 2003'by David Murray.  I am a new user to solidworks and have found this book a great resource on both basic to advance capabilities of SW2003. Since Solidworks believes we do not need a printed manual, this is the closest you will get. It sold at Amazon.com about for about $48.00

Thanks to all of you.
