Underground golf cart garage

Underground golf cart garage

(OP)
I've been asked by one of my top three customers, to provide ventilation for a brand new underground golf cart garage. (The ramp is a former swimming pool!)

The golf carts are electric, not gas. At this point, I wish they were gas.

There is a battery charger for each one of these 150 36VDC buggies.

Anyone have any ideas on how to even begin to design an exhaust/MUA system for this little project?

I'm leaning towards calling greeneheck or NY blower and having them assume the design process...

Any thoughts, opinions, or experiences with either of them? Or suggestions for others? (Northeastern US)

Refer to National Electric Code Handbook, in the 1999 version it was Article 625-28, page 781.
