NOISE PROBLEM IN WINDOW REGULATOR MOTORS

(OP)
IT IS NORMAL TO HAVE VERY TIGHT SPEC FOR BALANCING VALUES (16MICRON DYNAMIC AND 8 MICRON STATIC FOR ARMATURES OF SIZE 28MM)BUT THIS SPEC RESULTS IN OVER 2%REJECTION FOR VIBRATION.THE REJECTION OF MOTOR FOR VIBRATION IS VERY LESS IF THE SPEC IS HALVED BUT RESULTING IN VERY POOR PRODUCTIVITY.ANY IDEA WHERE WE CAN USE TPEE MATERIAL WHICH SUPPRESSES VIBRATION TO A GREAT EXTENT EVEN IF WE OPERATE WITH LIBERAL SPEC.
