publications to have on hand in a machine build shop

publications to have on hand in a machine build shop

(OP)
We have started a machine building dept. within our company to make metal fabrication production equipment.  We use electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic controls in most machines and having the standards should be helpful for questions in the future.   We want to build a in-house library that will cover machine safety, panel building, good practices, etc...

What publications would be a good to have?

RE: publications to have on hand in a machine build shop

Start with the OSHA regulations that cover the type of equipment you are manufacturing. Then check the other standards organizations such as SAE, ISO, ANSI, etc that may cover your machines.
www.nssn.org has a good search engine for standards.
