Orientation of local axes on area elements

Orientation of local axes on area elements

(OP)
Hello! I´m working on the model of a vault. The geometry and the area elements were imported from aun AutoCad file.
The problem is that the local axis 3 (perpendicular to the area element) is orientated on +z direction in some elements and on -z in others (due to the way they were drawn on AutoCad).
I would like to orientate all the local axis 3 in a way they all have the same sign on their z component (all outgoing from the surface).
I know I can go to Assign-area-reverse local 3, but I dont want to select each element one by one.

Is there an easy way to do it? Thanks a lot!
