dear experts

i am designing skids for heavy mechanical equipment the dimension is 4 * 8 meter and the total height 8 meter , the thing is that all skeleton is opened from all sides if i will put the wind load , shall i put only on the exposed area of the columns and beams or is there a equation given in the code specified the exposed area as a percentage from the total area of the skeleton.
