CIP Concrete Garage Header & Formwork Under Stair w/ Basement Residential +

CIP Concrete Garage Header & Formwork Under Stair w/ Basement Residential +

(OP)
Could having a garage header in a "driveout" basement be CIP while a basement is being poured be cost effective when compared to putting up glulam/lvl header? There will be 1'-8" +/- of concrete above the garage door (10'-0" CIP wall- 4" slab- 8'-0" garage door). Note also that there will only be about 4'-0" from garage door jamb to outside building corner.

Similar question on CIP concrete stair.
Wondering if it could be cost effective to form the underside of a cip stair and front entry porch? If I don't form the underside, then I'll need to use compacted gravel fill under the slab. That's not a problem
/ savings in and of itself, but if not cost prohibitive, then I can gain a substantial amount of full height storage under the porch and stair for only the additional expense of the form work (and a door).
