ppm limit of SO3 in exhaust gases

(OP)
The coal fired hot air generator is producing hot gases containing about 200ppm of sox . These gases will be used in cement mill & the exit gases from cement mill(VRM) will be at a temperature of 110 deg C & shall be vented through a Bag filter . Will these gases (200ppm SO2 & 110 deg C)will be detrimental to the life of bags as well as create corrosion
in bag house affecting the life of bags ?

RE: ppm limit of SO3 in exhaust gases

I just checked out the dew point for 200 PPM SOx, it would be around 135°C.
We will add a margin of 10°C for safe operation.
So you deifinitely have potential risk....
