RE: Siemens NX 11 / library components wont update.

Are the components loading correctly? Is the library location set in the NX 11 options?

RE: Siemens NX 11 / library components wont update.

If you look at the assembly and not the drawing, then try select one of these components , does NX "say" Lightweight body ?
- Using the hotkey "Ctrl+i" you start the command "Information- Object" (*) when trying to investigate things like this the "Info-object" "cuts through" all methods making things non-selectable.
If anything can select mysterious objects, it's the info -oibject. pick the object , OK and you should get information on what type of object that is.
(* Somebody at NX development hid the "information -Object" pretty well in the Ribbon Bar . I had to use the command finder to find it...)
NX does not handle facet bodies * in drawing views. If mixed with solid bodies, the facet bodies will appear as if transparent on top of the solids.
* NX12 can handle faceted bodies of the type Convergent on drawings, but only that type.

Tomas
