Epoxy bond capacity of 1/2" dia. x 7-wire prestressing strand

Anyone have any test data (or related research) into epoxy/concrete/strand bond capacities?

Google gives me a 'squillion' results of epoxy-coated strand, of which I am not interested.

Application is a temporary PT tendon termination where we are terminating an existing stressed single-strand unbonded tendon, and I wish to use a temporary epoxy 'plug' over a given bond length (strip back sheath, de-grease strand etc etc), until a new anchorage is re-established.

I have done this successfully before, but I was 'generous' with the bonded length, and in this current instance I have less distance to play with.

I can always resort back to ACI's transfer/transmission length calculations - based on concrete - however, if there is favorable epoxy data/research available I would be interested.

TIA.

JAE: Sincere thanks. Great paper.

From the website of the link that you posted there is also this paper:

Faria, Lúcio & Ramos in 2010:
Strengthening of Reinforced Concrete Slabs Using Post-Tensioning with Anchorages by Bonding.

Quote (Fario and Ramos)

The system consists on drilling the existing slab, install of the strands of high
strength steel, prestressing the steel with temporary anchorages, the injection with
a bonding agent and its hardening, release of the provisional anchorages and
transfer of the prestress forces to the concrete. It is a post-installed prestress using
the pre-tension anchorage method.

Interesting strengthening system.

Back in 2015 I did the following temporary epoxy anchor for 5 monostrand tendons and used a bond length of 4 ft. Based upon the reference/link you posted I could have used 2 ft!

EDIT: Eng-Tips graphic posting is not working! I shall post picture when it is up working

Again, thank you and appreciate your time and effort.

The slab punching shear strengthening system using PT by Faria, Lúcio & Ramos in the paper "Strengthening of Reinforced Concrete Slabs Using Post-Tensioning with Anchorages by Bonding" is this:
