Looks as though it's UG_APP_SBSM for sheet metal.
I create my own 112x112 icons in either Paint or GIMP. To make the background transparent set the colour to R255 G0 B255.

Hi Mike and thank you.

RE: Need a name of nx11 custom folder for sheet metal application

If you find the "ug_main.men" file and search for "APPLICATION_BUTTON UG_APP", you will find the registered application names for the OOTB modules.

I'm not much good with MS Paint or GIMP (both good tools), so when I need an icon I'll usually google "royalty free icon" or "royalty free vector graphics". With some patience, an icon that's "close enough" can usually be found. When the off-the-shelf icons don't cut it, I turn to Inkscape, a free vector graphic editor. With it I can cobble together an image from other royalty free graphics. For instance, in the icon below, I removed the pencil and paper clip from a clipboard graphic, added and resized a camera graphic, then exported it out to a .png file for the button icon.
