Frameless Steel -ARMCO

Frameless Steel -ARMCO

Wow, nobody has used, or seen these panels in their projects???

RE: Frameless Steel -ARMCO

I'm not clear on what you're looking for from the original catalogue, but Armco was a company in Southern Ontario (& maybe elsewhere)that did this type of system and PEMBs, among other things (corrugated culverts too). Steelway Building Systems scooped some engineering & sales staff when Armco was bought out or closed up, whatever it was (I don't remember). Steelway tried some frameless buildings for a while; okay for small utility shacks, but a pain in the butt for bigger things so they ditched it. Behlen in Manitoba makes frameless buildings, Future Steel does, & I'm sure plenty of others too, so their info would be relevant for engineering if you want references.

RE: Frameless Steel -ARMCO

I'd like to confirm what "OldBldgGuy" said about Behlen. They do make frameless / columnless buildings with a panel called S-Span.

I am looking for the full book of the front page of the catalog that I attached the front cover of it

RE: Frameless Steel -ARMCO

You didn't indicate why... unfortunately it is possible that no one has them. I'll look through our library today, but don't have a lot of hope.

Thank you jayrod 12.
I have a building that is made of these panels and we need to remove a wall there. For more info please see my STELLOX post.
Thanks

RE: Frameless Steel -ARMCO

Google search shows Armco is still in business in various field. Why not contact them and ask your question?
