Steelox Roof and Wall Panels

Steelox Roof and Wall Panels

(OP)
Are these panels self supported?
I been asked if the owner can remove a concrete block wall at 20 feet away from one end of box building. All the walls and roof are made from Steelox panels.
The foot print of the building is 33'-4" length and 15'-4" width. The block wall runs widthwise (length is 15'-4")

The building and the Concrete block wall height is 11'-6".
Was build 1986.

Trying to figure out if that concrete block wall has any major structural function in supporting the building? In other words if this wall is load bearing wall? How do find it out?

Thanks
