scaling

(OP)
hello
im using solid 2001 and want to know if there is a possibility to scale my part at the part view and not only at the drawing. i want to print a section view of my assemly at 1;1 scale but didnt found the way to do so without using the drawing sheet.
regards
shimoni

RE: scaling

I don't think you can print 1:1 from the model, you have to use a drawing.

"The attempt and not the deed confounds us."

RE: scaling

Have you tried File\Page Setup and setting the scale to 100%? Then section your assembly, orient it to the desired view, and print it. It will print in full scale.

RE: scaling

The drawing sheet has a scale. Right click in an open part of the sheet/properties/scale. Set the scale for the overall drawing here.
Views can be set individually when created or afterwards. Right click in a view window, select and set custom scale.
The printing scale can be set.
Menu Click file/print/page setup Set scale 100% or adjust, or select print to fit page.
So that is three ways to get what you seem to want.
