The mid 90's saw monoshock front suspensions used commonly on formula fords, and now formula 3 race cars, yet it is very difficult to find any information on the relative +'s or -'s of the system over the conventional shock/spring per corner, or on how they went about setting them up. any guidance as to good sources of information? john- ff racing 'downunder'.

Monoshocks were a packaging and mass (cost too, according to Eddie Jordan ) driven experiment that ultimately led to the use of triple damper set-ups. See F1 third dampers (anti-dive/squat control) (Thread800-36549)
