Chapter K Aisc LRFD - U factor calculation- FC

(OP)
Dear all

When i calculate U factor in table K1.1 fro example Pr0 is divided on FC X Ag and Fc x s and my question is

for FC for the first term FC X Ag IS Fc = Fy as stated in the code and it's always fix or it should be calculated as member subjected to compression force and see who much reduction in fY.

Same For The Second Term should I use FY or Fc which is the capacity under compression due to axial force?

Thanks all
