we are currently add a new natural gas pipeline size (2) inch to feed HP flare instead of LPG Supply before the flare-tip , I want to install Pressure reducing regulator to reduce pressure from 16 bar to 3.5 bar my question is :which type of reducing valve should use , seat orifice or outlet orifice and how to sizing the valve size where is the data as follows :
service : natural gas , line size : 2 inch , max flow 43.5 Nm/hr3 , density =13.74 kg/m3 , viscosity = 0.8328 , Max inlet pressure = 18 bar , oulet min pressure = 1.5 bar , inlet temp= 20 c , outlet temp = 12.5 c.

I agree with mk3223.
With special valves it is always good advice not to dimension ar specify exactly the product in all details.
Much better to describe the function (as you have done above), and even perhaps with more detail. For instance could max, min and average pressures and amounts over a cycle be needed, details about closing valves and piping necessary or planned as by-pass, safety and other rules to be followed, expected lifetime or time required between stop for inspection, surrounding temperature etc. etc.
Then you ask experienced, relevant suppliers for advice or preliminary offers.
It is also wise to ask for other (perhaps better and more costly) alternatives, and above all references and experiences.
A good engineer sees to that all aspects about a product is considered. A correct dimension is the most important thing about a regulating valve, but very far from all to give a product with best price/lifetime qualities.
