Would anyone be able to give me some tips on how to design the plinth (reinforcement) as per attached two sheets I received from Xylem, please? I have dimensions and anchor forces - attached. It is a dry installation for Flygt NT 3301.180 HT. To be honest forces are quite small and I don't see any reason to have a structural reinforcement so am tempted to use just a minimum one as per standards in the shape of U rebars and stirrups (also attached).
Will be grateful for any help or confirmation of my assumptions! Should I be worried about cracks from vibrations? (unlikely I guess, it is relatively small pump).

By inspection the thickness of the plate ( base/sole/?) that actually contacts the concrete pier is rather thin.
What vibration levels are the pump manufacturer guaranteeing, and what vibration levels are in the end user's acceptance criteria?
How many blades on the pump impeller?
The load calculation report says all pipe loads are considered = ZERO.
Do they provide maximum allowable loads on the pump's pipe flanges?
