Transformer rating
Transformer rating
(OP)
What is the maximum rating (MVA) of power transformer that can be used in Transformer rating. Presently we use 50/67 MVA 110, 115 and 132kV primary and 13.8kV secondary z=22% assuming we take of transmission line or cable for the revised power rating.

For the very largest transformers there have been temporary rail lines built to project sites in order to deliver the transformer by rail.

The short-circuit impedance minimum could be as per IEC or ANSI standard.
If you need a special one you have to ask a potential manufacturer how does it cost and other.
Step-up transformer of 110/14 kV up to 130 MVA I saw it 40-50 years ago.160/22 kV up to 300 MVA and 20-24% short-circuit impedance for power station was usually 20-30 years ago.
You have to contact the manufacturer and to fill an official request form.
