I am trying to figure how to use table 27.6-1 of ASCE 7-10 as there are two values for each wind case. Why are there two values?
For example: 130mph exp B L/B=0.5 height = 30'-0" it gives 27.5 25.3.

I think I have found the answer. It looks like one number is the pressure at the top of the building and the other number is the pressure at the base of the building. This appears to be explained in table 27.5-1 on page 272.
I am using this chart to verify that my calculations from Part 1 are correct (on the same order of magnitude).
