Pipe Design Examples using AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications, Section 12 ???

(OP)
I'm writing a special provision (SP) for a state DOT to govern the use of rehabilitative pipe liners such as CIPP, Fold & Form, Cementitious Spray Liner, etc. Structural design is included in the SP.

I have tried and failed making an Excel sheet for design of thermoplastic slip liner pipe in accordance with Section 12.12. Honestly, the LRFD manual is extremely hard to follow. (I'm a hydraulics engineer. Not structural.)

Looking for examples of Thermoplastic, Non-Reinforced Concrete Pipe, and Fiberglass Pipe that follow the Section 12 design process.

Thanks.
