VUMAT abaqus explicit , extremely large kinetic energy during analysis

(OP)
Hello

I’m trying to simulate 3D cutting process of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) composites in ABAQUS explicit, dynamic. I am using a subroutine VUMAT which includes material definition, HASHIN failure criterion and progressive damage model. I have changed almost everything including geometry, boundary conditions and time increment (also amplitude). Most of the time I get extremely large kinetic energies and the analysis is aborted due to excessive element distortion. Would you please take a look at the input file (CAE file) and the subroutine? I appreciate it a lot if you can help me finally solve this problem after several months of working with this subroutine.
Thank you so much for your time
