They can be found in a number of locations. Probably your best sources will be NAVFAC P-307 or the Wire Rope Sling Users Manual.

I have those documents and they do show the graph for he D/d efficiency. What I was looking for was the source for the equations that Pascal had provided. Have you seen the actual equations in other documents?
