Hi everyone
can anybody help me finding the mechanical and plastic properties (stress/strain) of AISI 1045 Steel, Quenched and Tempered to 595 HB.

You can estimate the UTS from the hardness (look it up online).
Go to the Timken steel handbook and look for temper curves on 1045.
Getting a yield strength will be pure guess work.
