Looking for source for H.T. long skinny parts

Looking for source for H.T. long skinny parts

(OP)
Looking for a source preferably Ohio or nearby state.
Need to Heat treat 4140 material. Parts are rough machined to 2.125 x 120.00 in length. Tapered from 1.06 on one end to .44 on the other end. Their is a 3/8" - 16 threaded hole in the thick end (1.06) could be used to hang the part for heat teat.
Spec called out:
After rough machining, Quench & Temper to produce uniform martensitic microstructure with 161,000 - 178,000 psi tensile strength, 350 +- 15 HB Hardness. Straiten and stress relieve as required. Straitness tolerance .020.
The parts will be finish machined after heat treat.

I have some other parts out of 4340 that are shorter but similar. Basically 2.0 x 11.0 x 82"
Thanks for your help.

RE: Looking for source for H.T. long skinny parts

We have had PH stainless tubing heat treated vertically at Vac-Aero (in the greater Toronto area).
The only other source that I know of for vertical work in SoCal.
