Designing the Bottom Slab of a Rectangular Tank

Designing the Bottom Slab of a Rectangular Tank

(OP)
I've just finished looking into how to deal with the walls of a rectangular tank, now leads me to the question of is there any simpler methods on dealing with the bottom slab of the tank? I've tried reading the PCA but it only includes the top slab and looking into the size of my tank, (50x100) I don't really know how to go into the bottom slab. Sorry for bad english.
