Blast load on concrete column modeling

Hi, I'm trying to model a blast load on a 1.2x0.7 m section and 6.8m height well reinforced column in ls-dyna. I used a blast load of 300kg TNT at 30 m but the response of the column was very low. Since 300kg is a considerable amount of TNT weight (possibly more than a car bomb) is this response realistic. I was expecting some severe column deflection. Can someone please comment

I don't know much about this topic, but for the sake of getting the conversation going why did you select a distance of 30m? Table 1 in Link shows that the peak reflected overpressure drops off quite quickly as you increase the distance away from the structure. COuld that be influencing your results more than you expected? It also might be worth waiting for people more knowledgeable on the subject to chime in.
