(OP)
Is there a tolerance for wall dents on stainless steel pipe and if so, where can I find it and what tools can be used to measure. I have 3" and 4" S/10 A312 TP304/L PIPE with wall dents.

And in pipe that would be one heck of a large dent.
I would start with micrometers and measure at the edges of the dent and see if the OD is still in tol.
If there is a sharp line, crease, point, or gouge in the bottom of the dent I would say that anything that you can feel is questionable.

And the 11th pipe from the left is severely squashed. Some circles And arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one explaining what each One is would help a lot.
edit - I decided the "squashed pipe" is really several pipes wrapped in paper or cardboard.

This is just pipe, what are a few dents?
Either you find that it is a tolerance issue, or you can argue about workmanship. But if you got this through distribution you will never win that one.
