Please help me to find a SELF DRILLING screw to fix aluminium(3mm THK) to aluminium (3mm THK). The screw fixed inside a 12mm groove so we cant insert hexagonal socket .The Max Head size is 9-10mm Only and Pan head or Philips head preferred .

Please suggest some world class screw manufacturers.

I'd take a drive down to my local fastener shop and ask them. Take a sample of the extrusion with you.
