boundary condition problem with sph cut model in Abaqus 6.14

boundary condition problem with sph cut model in Abaqus 6.14

boundary condition problem with sph cut model in Abaqus 6.14

(OP)
I can not detect the problem with the boundary conditions with a sph cut model in abaqus. As soon as the tool (deformable) touches the lateral surface of the workpiece (lagrangian deformable solid, 3D stress mesh (conversion To particles , coteron : time , Threshold : 0. ,PPD :1 , Kernel : Cubic ) all particals move in the opposite direction , I have already assigned a boundary condition (Encastre) to workpiece base as well as the lateral surface opposite to the tool side. Even with aa (predefined field velocity) to the workpiece, on the first contact with the tool, the particles change direction (Cas1)

But if, for example, a non-deformable or deformable solid is placed in the lateral face opposite to the tool side, the nodes are locked between this solid and the tool and then slides on the cutting face of the tool. but without resorting to this solid (Case 2)

thank for any help
